MinitPe aims to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for our customers. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and replacements across different service categories on our platform.

1. General Refund & Return Guidelines

  • Refunds and returns are subject to category-specific policies outlined below.
  • Requests for refunds/returns must be initiated within the stipulated time frame for each category.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
  • MinitPe reserves the right to decline refund/return requests that do not meet policy conditions.

2. Food Orders

2.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The order was not delivered.
  • The food delivered is incorrect, expired, or contaminated.

2.2 Return Policy: Food items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.

2.3.Time Frame: Refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery.

3. Grocery Orders

3.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Damaged, expired, or missing items qualify for a refund.
  • Incorrectly delivered products may be eligible for exchange or refund.

3.2 Return Policy:

  • Perishable items are not eligible for return.
  • Non-perishable items must be returned within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Pharmacy Orders

4.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only applicable if incorrect or damaged items are delivered.
  • Prescription medicines cannot be refunded once delivered, unless there is an error in the order.

4.2 Return Policy:

  • Only sealed, unused, and non-expired products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Taxi Services

5.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Cancellation before driver allocation: Full refund.
  • Cancellation after driver allocation: Partial refund (cancellation fee may apply).

5.2 No refund for completed rides unless service was unsatisfactory due to driver misconduct.

6. Shopping (E-commerce)

6.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

6.2 Return Policy:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns may be subject to restocking fees.

7. Agro/FPO Orders

7.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Only if the delivered product is damaged, expired, or does not match the order.

7.2 Return Policy:

  • Returns are only applicable for non-perishable agricultural products within 48 hours.

8. Construction Materials

8.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds only apply to defective or incorrect items.
  • Custom-made or bulk orders are non-refundable.

8.2 Return Policy:

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery and subject to inspection.

9. Thrift Items

9.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Thrift items are typically non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect deliveries or undisclosed damages.

9.2 Return Policy:

  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours, and items must be in the same condition as received.

10. Parcel Services

10.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds apply only if the parcel was lost or significantly delayed due to MinitPe’s fault.
  • No refunds for incorrect recipient details provided by the sender.

10.2 Return Policy:

  • Once dispatched, parcels cannot be returned.

11. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Users will be notified via email/SMS regarding the refund status.
